| Q: I took one of the course modules and passed, but it is not showing the module as completed. What should I do? |
A: Verify that you’re using Internet Explorer 5.5 with Service Pack 2 or higher. To check your version of Internet Explorer, go to Help -> About Internet Explorer. Then disable all pop-up blockers.

| Q: Someone else purchased the course for me. Where do I find the Course Key to get started? |
| A: The person who purchased the course received an email confirmation with the Course Key. Once you obtain the Course Key, you will be ready to register yourself to log into the website. After you log into the website, enter the Course Key in the My Courses section to activate the course. |

| Q: How do I pay with a check or Purchase Order, rather than a credit card? |
A: We will gladly process your check or Purchase Order. Just send the check or Purchase Order to EM-Assist or to Network Environmental Systems:

Once we process your payment, we will send you the confirmation e-mail with course registration instructions, just as if you had paid on-line. If you need an invoice / receipt for the course, we will be happy to mail or fax one to you. |

| Q: How much time do I have to take the course? |
| A: The purchased course will be active for 30 days from the date the Course Key is entered, or until the course is completed, whichever comes first. |

| Q: When will the Course Key expire? |
| A: Once purchased, the Course Key will expire after 365 days or until activated. |

| Q: How do I purchase courses for people in my company? |
| A: First register yourself with the website, then log into it using your email and password. Purchase the amount and specific courses needed. A Course Key(s) will be emailed to your registered email address, after which you can distribute accordingly to the employees in your company. |

| Q: How do I print my completion Certificate and wallet card? |
| A: Upon completion of the four (4) Required Modules and four (4) Additional Modules from the My Courses page, you will see "Print Certficate" and "Print Wallet Card" links next to the course title and authorization period end date. |
